The company was founded by EC Joseph Enchiparambil in 1982 as a small, sole-proprietor building operation. Growth was inevitable as EC Joseph began taking on larger projects across a wider township area.
In 1987, the company name changed with the vision of becoming a larger and more comprehensive civil construction organisation — reaffirming the continuing desire for quality and professional service.
